FOB Trading Terms
We quote on FOB (Free On Board) terms. Product prices exclude international freight; buyers arrange shipping and pay the freight. We are happy to recommend reliable freight forwarders.
Inspection Before Shipment
All orders undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Customer or third-party inspection (on-site or via video) is welcome; goods are shipped only after inspection passes.

Return Policy
As goods are inspected and confirmed before shipment, we do not accept returns without a valid reason. For quality issues, please contact our sales team promptly and we will resolve them per the commercial agreement.
